RENDICI\u00d3N DE CUENTAS PERIODO FISCAL 2025<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

El Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Guangaje pone a disposici\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda la documentaci\u00f3n que sustenta el proceso de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas correspondiente al per\u00edodo fiscal 2025, desarrollado conforme a las disposiciones del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (CPCCS). La informaci\u00f3n se presenta organizada por fases para facilitar su consulta y garantizar el acceso a la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, la transparencia institucional y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana.<\/p>\n

FASE 0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

En cumplimiento de la normativa emitida por el Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (CPCCS), el Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Guangaje dio inicio al proceso de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas correspondiente al per\u00edodo fiscal 2025. En esta fase se realizaron las acciones de planificaci\u00f3n, organizaci\u00f3n y preparaci\u00f3n del proceso, incluyendo la designaci\u00f3n del representante ciudadano, la elaboraci\u00f3n de la hoja de ruta, el mapeo de actores sociales, el levantamiento de consultas ciudadanas y la convocatoria a la mesa de trabajo. A continuaci\u00f3n se pone a disposici\u00f3n de la ciudadan\u00eda la documentaci\u00f3n que respalda esta etapa.<\/p>\n

Durante esta fase se recopil\u00f3, sistematiz\u00f3 y analiz\u00f3 la informaci\u00f3n administrativa, financiera y de gesti\u00f3n correspondiente al ejercicio fiscal 2025. Asimismo, se design\u00f3 a los responsables del proceso y se elabor\u00f3 el informe preliminar de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas, documento que refleja la ejecuci\u00f3n de programas, proyectos, presupuesto y acciones desarrolladas por el Gobierno Parroquial. Los documentos de esta etapa se presentan a continuaci\u00f3n como respaldo del proceso.<\/p>\n

En esta fase se desarroll\u00f3 el evento p\u00fablico de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas, espacio en el que se present\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda el informe de gesti\u00f3n correspondiente al a\u00f1o 2025, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana mediante preguntas, observaciones y aportes. Posteriormente se recopilaron y respondieron las inquietudes planteadas por la ciudadan\u00eda, generando el informe final y los documentos que evidencian el cumplimiento de esta etapa del proceso.<\/p>\n

Como etapa final del proceso de Rendici\u00f3n de Cuentas correspondiente al per\u00edodo fiscal 2025, el Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Descentralizado Parroquial Rural de Guangaje procedi\u00f3 al registro de la informaci\u00f3n en la plataforma inform\u00e1tica del Consejo de Participaci\u00f3n Ciudadana y Control Social (CPCCS), incorporando las matrices, formularios y medios de verificaci\u00f3n que respaldan la gesti\u00f3n institucional.
