Lo sorprendente es que luego de 14 d\u00e9cadas de vida parroquial, la zona y comunidades contin\u00faen sin el desarrollo esperado y que a\u00fan no cuenten con los servicios b\u00e1sicos como luz, agua potable, alcantarillado y centros educativos que fomenten el crecimiento y desarrollo de las familias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La mayor\u00eda de las comunidades tienen como antecesor a su proceso organizativo el haber sido parte o haber pertenecido al sistema de las haciendas, el mismo que les ha marcado en su autoestima y poder de decisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Guangaje perteneci\u00f3 a las haciendas, las mismas que pasaron por muchos due\u00f1os, pero fueron las que hace mucho tiempo se fueron liberando por su capacidad de lucha y el descontento interno.
